An online circle for men who hold a lot together, and have nowhere to put the rest.

You function. You deliver, you decide, you carry what your work and your family need from you.
Most of it works. But what sits underneath, the doubt, the anger, the questions you do not say out loud, needs a place too. And when your life is spread across countries, the men around you are colleagues, not brothers.

WHAT IT IS

The Global Circle is an online men's circle. We meet once a month for 90 minutes on Zoom.
It is not a hangout, not a support group, and not therapy. It is a small group of men meeting as equals, saying what is actually going on, and listening properly when another man speaks.
I hold the circle, and I sit in it like everyone else.

WHAT HAPPENS IN A CIRCLE

Each circle has one theme. I send it out in advance, together with a question to sit with. It is not homework. It is something to carry around for a few days until we meet.

On the evening, we start with a short meditation or breathwork, then we go straight into the theme. The men speak, one at a time, and the others listen. When a man wants feedback, he gets it honestly. We do not reassure each other into feeling better. We tell each other what we see, with respect and without softening it into politeness.

Everything said in the circle stays in the circle. That is not negotiable.

THE FACTS

Held in English, so men from anywhere can join. Capped at eight men, never more, so every man has time to speak. The circle stays small.
Once a month on a Wednesday evening, 20:00 to 21:30 Swiss time (CET). The dates are below. Between circles, the men stay in contact in a WhatsApp group.

YOUR FIRST CIRCLE IS FREE

Come once and sit in. No strings attached, no follow-up calls. Afterwards you decide, in your own time, whether this is your place.

COST AND COMMITMENT

The circle runs in six-month blocks. Trust between men needs time, and this is not a drop-in group. Six months cost CHF 195, or EUR 215, or USD 255, paid in one go.

Membership renews automatically every six months. If you want to stop, you send me one message and it stops. That is the whole procedure, and it works in both directions: you commit clearly, and you leave cleanly. If money is genuinely what stands between you and the circle, write to me and we will find a way.
